Hello all, I am going to teach all of you the steps that you will need to take when you recall an item: 
1. Always check the guild store first to see if the items that you need are in the store already. If so, take the items directly and dun recall from other.
2. If the item is not in the guild store, then click “ report” on top of the guild store and find the item you need. And again, always recall the item that in other backpack (the item shown in black) as this mean they are not using it now.
3. If the item you need are equipped by other (the item shown in blue), check his online status first. It is ok to recall the item if he is not online. But if he is online, pm him first and ask for his permission before you recall his items. |

But here is something that you are not allowed to do when you recall an item, pls read it carefully and dun break the rule again.
1. Dun recall item when it is in the guild store.
2. Dun recall better hell-forged item when you already have the item.
3. Dun recall item when other is online and hunting. |
