Ok I have spoken with datman, and he likes the idea so want to run it by you to see what you guys girls think.
We now have 2 mercs available and thinking possibly a third, however we will waste money hand over fist if we do not use them smartly.
We schedule 1 day a week where we hire 3 good mercs and all players who want to hunt elites choice this time to do it.
The benefits
1) Co ordinated merc hire means we will not be wasting money hiring one her and one there for different players at different times
2) Reduces the amount of stamina wasted as a whole guild by having mercs do most of the work
3) All players will benefit by having very strong groups on a designated day so any elite will be easy prey

I think its a good idea we just have 2 get organized now 2 set it up so we all can take advantage of this

| undecided... it will suck if i am never near an elite when this happens. Does this mean no mercs will be purchased during the other days? |

As long as we know in advance when its going to be (to prepare and get to a certain location) this is a great idea.
Organization is the key, so we don't get multiple people hunting the same elites at the same time... |

thats why I stated we have 2 organize an it covers many things such as getting 2 there area, saven enuff stamina 4 the attacks, who is going after who so there is not 2 of us hunting same guy, maken sure that there is enuff GS slots open so we dont lose any items due 2 no slots open an when is the best time so that all the guild can all hunt them if they choose.

| you have to remember one thing in this guild people rarely talk. Just a few people do.. probably the ones you see posting in here. I guess just make sure you are on when svens is online and you won't have a problem. |

ya I have seen that Dmr an some times I dont talk only cuz eather I got nothing 2 say or im in middle of a stamina burn or what is being talked about I dont know or dont apply 2 me so I keep quite but dont get me wrong I do at times have a motor mouth an ya cant shut me up there is only 2 ways that you can shut me up when I get that way 1 is smoke a HUGE fatty of a joint  an 2nd is (now think perverted) heres a clue Tbn + woman haven a seat
but I do try an be on at same time that Svens is but some times it dont happen as plained lolz
